I'm Iris. I built Blue Dot Agency to help founders move faster, convert better, and show up in the world with a brand worth following.
As a young girl, I watched my immigrant parents build a successful gas station business in Portland, Oregon, juggling two kids and 17-hour work days, usually starting before the sun rose. Their resilience in the face of constant strife became the foundation for Blue Dot Agency, a home for people who grow despite any and all external circumstances.
As an adult, I delivered results at Tesla, Prada, and Burberry. Now I'm championing a mission of my own.

How is this different from hiring a freelancer or using software?
Freelancers are taskers who need hand-holding and micro-management to deliver a solid project.
Blue Dot architects the system and owns the outcome. We operate with a team, a system, and vision. The most pivotal first step is on-boarding where we really get to know our founders and businesses in order to customize an offer and strategy that can scale with them. Every client receives a bespoke echo-chamber and implementation experience.
What's your typical engagement structure?
Most engagements are 3-6 months and beyond. In the beginning, we are focused on building a specific system (brand, funnel, automation, campaigns). On-going optimization after that will be centered around custom targets set monthly, quarterly, and annually. All contracts are a minimum commitment of 3-months.
How quickly can we expect results?
Strategy and foundation may take 2-8 weeks depending on the type of business. Measurable lead flow or revenue impact typically shows up in 8-12 weeks. We move fast, but we build to last so you're not dependent on us to maintain the system. With this said, it takes time to build a brand and let people know you exist. Trust the process and prepare to iterate along the way.
